My First Night w/Claude Code & Remote Control

In a single night with Claude Code + Remote Control, I have done the following with my Mac Mini M4:

1. Completely designed and deployed my new website, joshking.ai, using Tailwind and Astro. Added some SERIOUSLY cool easter eggs (hint: Konami code and hidden button beneath my name).

2. Completely designed and deployed my wife’s new website, meriahjtigner.com, also using Tailwind and Astro.

3. Registered both of these sites to my Cloudflare dashboard, set up a secure tunnel to that same Mac Mini, and started hosting both websites on it simultaneously.

4. Created a hyper-intelligence dashboard in Obsidian to keep track of important tech news, grants, and awards for all of the customers I support. I was able to put this info in an e-mail format, and plan to send it weekly to my account teams for analysis. This will help us stay informed and support our customers better than before. Customer names and account team names are pulled from a separate Obsidian note, saved and synced across all my devices.

5. Set up a Discord bot to allow my wife to easily make changes to her website simply by typing what she wants to happen into a certain channel on our personal Discord server.

6. Backed up both websites to GitHub repos, with a task to back them up weekly when changes are detected.

7. Created and connected my agents to agentmail.to, where they can send 1,000 emails a month for free.

8. Signed up and configured UptimeRobot to monitor the health of my websites externally and in real-time, messaging me via e-mail if anything is wrong.

…and I’m just getting started.

Think this whole “agentic” word is still BS? I did—until last night, anyway.

p.s. I was able to create all of these things without generating art or text stolen from artists—something that is very important to me. Also, yes, I have always used em dashes. You can pry them from my cold dead hands!
